Första veckan av 2011 är över och hitills har året varit ungefär som jag förväntat mig, dvs helt oförutsägbart. Kommer bli ett spännande år, med ny lägenhet och ett nytt liv känns det som.. det finns så mycket jag vill göra att jag vet inte hur jag ska hinna med allt. :D
Gårdagens middag blev helt underbar! Första gången jag har gjort whiskeysås, och det blev jättegott! Jag har tröttnat på att dricka nu så det kändes bra att hitta någon användning för whiskeyn som var kvar efter nyår.
Blev en matlåda idag igen, slängde i lite valnötter i salladen också..
Fredagsmat: serranoskinka, lufttorkad fläskfilé, chorizo och ölkorv, oliver, tomater + ost och frukt.
Förövrigt har jag börjat spela Kingdom of Loathing igen, ett textbaserat online rpg spel som jag spelade för några år sen.. Jag fick ett så fint mail där dom bad mig komma tillbaka så jag kunde inte låta bli ^^
Här är ett utdrag från mailet:

I appreciated what made you unique as an individual.
